Kneel down on the floor with your knees wide apart but feet together.

 

Set your buttocks down on your heels.

 

Keep the spine vertical.

 

Stretch your arms to touch the knees.

 

Stick your tongue out and breathe gently through your nose.

 

Repeat: Eight to ten breaths.

 

Rest: four to five breaths.
