Stand vertically and bend down allowing your hands touch the ground. Make sure your feet are together with no gap between your feet.

 

if you have problems getting down very low, you can get somebody to push your body down gently.

 

Object: To get your forehead to touch your knees or the complete palm on the ground.

 

Holding time: Eight to ten breathings.

 

Repeating: Two/three times.

 

Resting: Rest for as long as it takes you to normally breathe in and out 4 - 5 times before repeating or going on to the next step.
