1. Lie flat on your back with your arms at your sides.

 

2. Raise your trunk using your arm and leg muscles.

- You may have difficulty in keeping yourself up for long.

 

OBJECT: Ultimately to connect your hands and feet.

 

HOLDING TIME: Stay for as long as it takes you to normally breath in and out 6 times.

 

REPEATING: Repeat 2 times.

 

RESTING: Rest for as long as it takes you to normally breath in and out 3-4 times before repeating or going on to the next step.
